浅析绩效考核与绩效管理的关系
摘要
随着现代企业管理水平的提高,绩效考核、绩效管理被越来越多的企业重视和应用,已成为企业的管理利器。绩效考核作为人力资源管理的一项重要职能已经成为企业人力资源管理工作中一项重要的手段和开发工具,成为企业充分利用资源培育核心竞争力,获得竞争优协的一条重要途径。对企业的可持续发展起着很大的作用。但在实施中却出现了这样那样的问题,匀续响了绩效考核的效果。是绩效考核办法不恰当,还是在执行中出现了偏差,抑或流于形式,这成为摆在企业管理者面前的难题。本文立足于绩效考核与绩效管理关系,分析企业绩效考核在绩效管理工作中存在的问题及原因,力求从更深层面上把握绩效管理工作中的关键点,让绩效考核在提升企业绩效管理水平方面具有科学合理的指导性和操作性。

Analysis of the relation between performance appraisal and performance management
Abstract
Along with the development of modern enterprise management level, performance appraisal, performance management has been more and more enterprises attention and application, has e a business management tool. Performance assessment of human resources management as an important function of human resource management of enterprises has e an important means and the development kit, es the enterprise to make full use of resources to cultivate the petitive ability, competitive advantages and assist, important way. On the sustainable development of enterprises plays a very important role. But in the implementation has appeared such and such problem, uniform continued rang performance effect. Performance evaluation approach is inappropriate, or in the execution of the deviation, or a mere formality, which e the managers of enterprises before the problem. This paper based on the relationship between performance appraisal and performance management, analysis of performance evaluation on enterprise performance management problems and the reasons from more deep-seated face, and strive to grasp the key points of performance management, performance appraisal in the enterprise to the level of performance management with scientific and reasonable guidance and operability.
