论主题餐厅的空间设计
摘要;主题餐厅这一词起源于二十世纪五,六十年代,主要是从国外开始兴起的,等到了1990年底才开始在国内流行起来,由于在国内兴起的时间不长,在国内的覆盖面也比较小,所以大家对他的概念还比较模糊,只认为他是一种简单的餐饮娱乐场所,所以在其室内设计上也没有太大的突破,与一些普通的饭店相比更不能显现其的优势,如何营造出具有主题特色的餐饮文化这一问题应值得我们我们关注和思考,所以我认为我们应该注重在主题餐厅的空间设计上的问题,在餐厅的主题概念和功能需要上来进行设计是一个餐厅的整体形象的主要因素,对于一些室内的装饰,我们则完全可以直接用成品组装的方式进行装饰。

一引言
餐饮文化历史悠久源远流长,他是一个国家不可分割的一个部分,在国际上占有举足轻重的地位,无论是在中国还是其他国家,都与人的生活紧密相关,它所涉及的不仅仅是经济活动,宗教信仰等方面,他都影响这餐饮的发展,以此来提高餐饮的质量,然而随着经济的发展,餐饮质量的提高,餐饮行业的竞争越来越加的激烈,主题餐厅的兴起无疑为餐饮业又注入了一个新的元素,在餐饮中加入主题,再加上独特的室内设计与装饰,引起了人类视觉上的新奇与心理上的愉悦,在更好地餐饮环境与氛围中就餐,他通过一个或多个主题来吸引大众,以此来提供美食,餐厅内所有的食物,装饰,空间设计都围绕该主题来分配设置,使主题成为顾客容易识别餐厅的特征和
