道路交通事故现场伤员伤情及其紧急救护.docx

摘要
消防部队作为道路交通事故抢险救援的一支专业队伍,只有具备包括现场救护在内的较强的综合能力和素质,才能更好地完成除灭火救援外对人员的紧急救护任务。本文针对消防部队的特点,提出了道路交通事故现场紧急救护原则和对各类伤情救护的方法。为了提高道路交通事故伤员的存活率、最大限度降低死亡率,对道路交通事故伤员伤情特点和类型进行了分析,总结了常见的道路交通事故伤员伤情处置方法,并提出了在急救救护中注意事项,对减少人员伤亡率致残率有着极其重要的意义。
本文通过对大量资料的查阅、分析、总结,提出当前消防部队在道路交通事故救援现场存在的问题;阐述了道路交通事故主要对伤员造成的伤害类型;分析了道路交通事故伤员伤情情况和特点;针对道路交通事故伤员伤情,提出了道路交通事故现场伤员紧急救护基本手段,为消防部队在今后的道路交通事故现场对伤员实施正确的紧急救护措施、最大限度的降低伤员的致残率和死亡率提供一定的参考,具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract
Fire army as professionals of traffic accident emergency rescue, only having the prehensive abilities of including on-site rescue, will finish better the work of rescuing people in addition to emergency rescue. This paper, according to the characters of the fire army, it proposed the principle of on-site emergency rescue of traffic accidents and the method of treating various injuries. In order to improve the survival rate of traffic casualties, reduce maximally the death rate, I analyzed the trait and type of the people’s injures and summarized mon methods of dealing with casualties’ injures in the traffic accident ,and proposed matters need attention in the emergency rescue. these have important meaning to reduce the death rate on the disability rate of casualties.
Based on consulting ,analyzing and summarizing the large amount of data access, it shows us problems happening in the on-site rescue of the fire army, the trait and the type of the people’s injures ,and the method of treating various injuries . All these have important meaning to reduce the death rate on the disability rate of casualties.
