摘要目的:探讨灵菇合剂的制备工艺及临床应用。方法:收治便秘患者260例,随机分为治疗组162例和对照组98例。治疗组采用灵菇合剂治疗,对照组采用通便灵胶囊治疗,观察两组的治疗效果。结果:%,%,治疗组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论:灵菇合剂治疗便秘的效果显著。

Abstract Objective:To explore the preparation and clinical application of Ling Gu :260 cases with constipation were were randomly divided into the treatment group wiht 162 cases and the control group with 98 treatment group were treated with Ling Gu mixture,while the control group was treated with Tong Bian Ling observed the therapeutic effect of the two :In the treatment group,the efficiency was %.In the control group,the efficiency was %.The efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of

灵菇合剂是山东省名中医药专家、我院肛肠科姜春英主任医师从事肛肠疾病的诊治与研究数十载,学验俱丰,用药精良的临床经方之一,并通过申报成功入选院内生产的中药自制制剂。灵菇合剂具有润肠通便、养容健身之功能,中医临床上治疗便秘、减肥等具有疗效确切、服用安全的作用。就其制备工艺及临床应用总述如下。
