摘要目的:探讨灵菇合剂的制备工艺及临床应用。方法:收治便秘患者 260 例,随机分为治疗组 162 例和对照组
98 例。治疗组采用灵菇合剂治疗,对照组采用通便灵胶囊治疗,观察两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组的有效率
%,%,治疗组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论:灵菇合剂治疗便秘的效
果显著。

Abstract Objective:To explore the preparation and clinical application of Ling Gu :260 cases with constipation
were were randomly divided into the treatment group wiht 162 cases and the control group with 98
treatment group were treated with Ling Gu mixture,while the control group was treated with Tong Bian Ling observed
the therapeutic effect of the two :In the treatment group,the efficiency was %.In the control group,the efficiency
was % .The efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control difference was
statistically significant(P<).Conclusion:The effect of Ling Gu mixture in the treatment of constipation is significant.
