实施家属健康教育对糖尿病患者生活质量的影响.doc

【摘要】目的:探讨对糖尿病患者家属实施健康教育影响病人生活质量情况。方法:选择住院糖尿病患者60例,随机分成对照组和观察组,两组患者均接受健康教育,观察组同时实施家属健康教育。在患者入院时及入院后第7周,应用生活质量指数评定表,分别对两组患者生活质量进行评分。结果:第7周时,组间比较,观察组总体生活质量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤);组内比较,观察组总体生活质量明显高于入院时(P﹤)。结论:对糖尿病患者家属实施健康教育,可提高患者家属对疾病认识程度,积极参与治疗、护理过程,从而提高患者生活质量。【关键词】糖尿病;健康教育;家庭护理;生活质量AnalysisofHealthyEducationtoPatients’FamilyMembersandInfluencetoQualityofDiabetesPatients’LifeGONGTing-ying(TraditionalChineseMedicineHospitalofHuaihua,HunanHuaihua418000,China)Abstract:Objective:Toinvestigatetheinfluencetoqualityofdiabetespatients’lifewhenhealthyeducationtopatients’:,,patientsoftwogroupsweredemandedtofillinquestionnaireaboutqualityoflife,:Onthe7thweek,patients’(P﹤).Instudygroup,patients’qualityoflifeonthe7thweekobviouslybetterthanonadmission(P﹤).Conclusion:Ifdiabetespatients’eptedhealthyeducation,theirrecognitiondegreetodiabeteswouldbeimprovedandtheywouldpositivelyparticipateintheprocessoftherapyandnursingcarewhichwouldimprovediabetespatients’:Diabetes;Healthyeducation;Homenursing;Q
