Change is inherent in live .Change is neither good nor evil. Change is part of the natural order of birth, death and transformation .We face constant change at work and home ,and we live in a rapidly changing society and work.. Change is as natural a part of our creations as of ourselves, for change is intimately tied to creativity .To create any product, we must exercise our vision ,will and capability toward the realization of something new. The vision is changed into a reality- a product of the change process. We have a simple choice regarding change. Either we let it operate on its own, affecting our lives as it will, or we can choose to manage change as best as we can .By accepting change as a natural process and choosing. to manage it ,we are really choosing life over entropy. y exercising our will, we will e a creative force in the change process instead of letting it run its own course. By choosing to manage change, we are choosing to use our will and capability to create the kind of live we desire. We are selecting health and vitality over chaos and entropy .Similarly ,too, in anization, when we choose to manage change, we begin to establish a healthy environment for growth and a vita existence.
