毕业设计说明书年产 100,000 万吨苯乙烯生产车间工艺设计学生姓名: 学号: 学院: 系名: 专业: 指导教师: 2012 年6月 080403432 8 化工与环境学院化学工程系化学工程与工艺年产 100,000 吨苯乙烯生产车间工艺设计摘要:苯乙烯是一种非常重要的化工原料,60% 的苯乙烯用来生产聚苯乙烯,还用来生产树脂、乳胶等。现在世界上的苯乙烯年产量为 3000 万吨左右,我国的年产量在 600 万吨左右,且目前处于供需持平,从产量和需求可以看出苯乙烯生产的重要性。本设计采用技术最成熟的工艺:绝热式乙苯催化脱氢工艺。从1937 年工业化至今, 经过了好几代的发展,现在已成为一种非常重要的工艺。目前世界上 85% 的苯乙烯均采用此法进行生产。本设计主要做了以下几个方面的工作:文献调研,工艺选择;物料衡算,能量衡算;设备设计;车间布置;经济估算; 带控制点的工艺流程图,主体设备图及车间布置图的绘制。关键词: 苯乙烯;工艺设计;催化脱氢;绝热固定床反应器 The production workshop design of styrene with an annual output of 100,000 tons Abstract : Styrene isa very important chemical material, 60 percent of it is used to produce Polystyrene and also is used to produce resin and latex. The outlet of the styrene all over the world per year is30 million tons, and our country take up20 percent of the total outlet and the current supply is equal to the demand. So the production workshop design of styrene is very important. The most mature technology- adiabatic dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene process is used to produce styrene. From 1937, the first industrialized time, after several generations of development, it has e a very important process. The 85 percent of the styrene is produced by this method. This design includes document survey, process selection, material balance, heat balance, equipment design, facility layout, economical evaluation, the drawing of the process chart, the main equipment diagram and the workshop layout chart.
