1 4GPa 压力处理对 CuCrNiAl 合金力学性能及导电率的影响摘要: 本文通过对4 Gpa 压力处理前后 CuCrNiAl 合金的硬度、压缩屈服强度及电导率进行测试, 并借助金相显微镜、透射电镜及扫描电镜对 4GPa 压力处理前后合金的组织进行分析。以此,探讨了 4GP a 压力处理对 CuCrNiAl 合金力学性能及电导率的影响。结果表明: 4 Gpa 压力处理能提高 CuCrNiAl 合金的硬度和抗压屈服强度,降低其电导率,当 CuCrNiAl 合金经 4GPa 压力处理后再经 500 ℃保温 1h的时效处理,可获的较高的力学性能及电导率。关键词: CuCrNiAl 合金; 4GPa 压力处理; 力学性能; 电导率 Effects of4 GPa p ressure h eat t reatment on mechanical p roperties and electrical conductivity of CuCrNiAl alloy Abstract :T he hardness, c ompressive yield strength and electrical conductivity of CuCrNiAl alloy before and after 4GPa p ressure treatment were measured , and t hem icrostructure of the CuCrNiAl alloy before and after 3GPa pressure treatment were analyzed by metallurgical microscope, transmission electron microscopy and s canning e lectron microscope . Based on the experimental results, the e ffects of4 GPa p ressure h eat t reatment on mechanical p roperties and electrical conductivity of CuCrNiAl alloy were investigated. The results show that 4GPa p ressure treatment can increase the hardness and c ompressive yield strength of the CuCrNiAl alloy, and reduce its electrical conductivity. After 4GPa pressure treatment and aged at 500 ℃ for 1 h, higher mechanical p roperties and electrical conductivity of CuCrNiAl alloy can be obtained.
