摘要聚乙烯醇硫酸钾(Polyvinyl Sulfate Potassium)简称PVSK,无色、略带微黄褐色的固体,可与水及乙醇以任意比例混合。聚乙烯醇硫酸钾(PVSK) 是胶体滴定技术中应用的标准阴离子聚合电解质。经常用于阳离
子或碱性高分子的定量分析,广泛用于造纸和食品等行业。本文探讨了用聚乙烯醇,吡啶,氢氧化钾和浓硫酸为原料合成PVSK的最佳流程。研究了不同聚乙烯醇、吡啶、硫酸等原料配比制备PVSK 的方法和制备过程中的影响因素。以氯代十六烷基吡啶为基准物、BaCl2为指示剂测定了PVSK 溶液中阴离子的浓度以及PVSK 的酯化度。以酯化度97. 7%的PVSK 为标准物,利用红外光谱技术对制得的产品进行了定性研究,用红外光谱法对合成的高酯化度PVSK进行了表征。用浓硫酸作为磺化剂自制PVSK %,达到了胶体滴定的要求。

ABSTRACT
Polyvinyl alcohol, potassium sulfate (Polyvinyl sulfate Potassium) referred PVSK, colorless, slightly micro-tan solid, mixed with water and ethanol in any proportion. Polyvinyl alcohol potassium sulfate (PVSK) is a standard anionic polyelectrolyte colloid titration technique applied. Often used for quantitative analysis of the cation or alkaline polymer, widely used in papermaking and food industries.
