粉葛与其伪品食用葛的鉴别

摘要:目的建立粉葛与其伪品食用葛的鉴别方法。方法用传统鉴定方法及现代鉴定技术,对粉葛与食用葛进行鉴别。结果粉葛与食用葛的药材性状、显微特征、薄层色谱、紫外光谱及高效液相色谱均有一定的差异。结论本研究结果可以作为粉葛药材品质的鉴定依据。

Identification on Radix Puerariae thomsonii and its adulterant Radix Puerariae edulis

ABSTRACT:Objective To study the identification of Radix Puerariae thomsonii and its adulterant Radix Puerariae edulis. Methods Radix Puerariae thomsonii and Radix Puerariae edulis were identified by traditional and modern identification. Results Both of them showed difference in exterior character,microscope characteristic,TLC,UV and HPLC fingerprint graphics. Conclusion The distinct characteristic features reveal this study can serve as evdience for the identification of Radix Puerariae thomsonii.

粉葛为豆科植物甘葛藤Pueraria thomsonii 。主产于广西、广东等地。具有解肌退热,生津止渴,醒脾解酒的功能[1]。用于外感发热头痛、项背强痛,口渴,消渴,麻疹不透,热痢,泄泻;高血压颈项强痛。大量研究证明,粉葛的主要有效成分是葛根素[2],《中国药典》2005年版以葛根素作为粉葛的质量控制指标。作为常用中药,粉葛在临床上应用非常广泛,同时作为原料药大量应用于中成药的生产中。近年来在检验中发现一种伪品,经鉴定为豆科植物食用葛藤Pueraria edulis 。本文对此从性状、显微、薄层层析、紫外吸收光谱和高效液相色谱等方面进行了比较分析。为医院临床用药、药厂生产投料提供参考依据。

LEICA DM1000显微镜;日本岛津UV-2450紫外可见分光光度计;安捷伦1100高效相色谱仪,色谱柱:Kromasil C18柱(250×,5μ)。
