春和丹抗肝纤维化的临床研究

【摘要】目的观察春和丹抗肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法 89例肝纤维化患者随机分为2组,对照组46例采用常规护肝治疗(高糖、肌苷、维生素、甘利欣或还原型谷胱甘肽等);治疗组53例在常规护肝治疗基础上加用春和丹,水煎服,每日1剂。2组均8周为1个疗程,测定2组患者治疗后血清肝纤维化指标[透明质酸(HA)、层黏蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原肽(PCⅢ)、Ⅳ型胶原(CⅣ)]及肝功能指标[血清总胆红素(TBiL)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)、血清白蛋白(Alb)、白蛋白(A)/球蛋白(G)],并观察治疗前患者症状、体征积分的变化。结果 2组症状、积分都有不同程度的改善,治疗组较对照组改善显著(P<);治疗组肝纤维化各项指标与对照组比较下降幅度明显(P<);治疗组肝功能各项指标恢复正常或接近正常,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<<)。结论春和丹对肝纤维化有一定的治疗作用,能够修复肝脏损伤,纠正蛋白质代谢紊乱。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Chunhedan decoction on hepatic cirrhosis. Methods 89 patients with hepatic cirrhosis were divided into two groups. Patients in control group were treated by routine therapy. Patients in treatment group were treated by Chunhedan bined with routine therapy. The therapeutic course was 8 weeks in both groups.
