［摘 要］工学结合己经成为当今高职教育改革与发展的必然趋势。为适应校企一体、工学结合人才培养模 式的要求，针对日前高职教学管理的现状，提出在高职教学管理中应用PDCA循环管理学理论，构建基于 PDCA循环的校企一体教学管理流程，并以浙江工贸职业技术学院教学管理为实例，将PDCA循环的各阶段 与校企一体教学管理有机的结合。

Abstract: Work-study combination has become the inevitable trend of reform and development of China's vocational education, lb meet the requirements of school-enterprise integration and personnel training mode of work-study combination, in light of the existing problems on teaching management, we bring forward to apply circulating Principles of Management of PDCA to higher teaching management and effect teaching management processes of school-enterprise integration based on PDCA paper will combine all stages of PDCA circulation with teaching management of school-enterprise integration by taking teaching management of Zhejiang Industry and Trade Vocational and Technical College as an example.
