摘 要
我国企业自身发展规模较小，财务制度并不健全，同时由于收到外部宏观经济影响遗迹传统体制等方面的影响，致使企业在财务管理方面存在较大问题。因此，企业要重视财务管理，吸取现金的财务管理经验，切实加强财务管理工作，使企业财务管理的作用得到充分发挥。
财务管理是企业管理的重要组成部分，财务管理直接关系到企业的生存与发展。文章就企业在财务管理中存在的问题进行了探讨，并提出了优化企业财务管理的措施，旨在改善企业财务管理的现状，以促使其改革并走上健康发展的道路。

Abstract
Our country enterprise development itself on a smaller scale, the financial system is not perfect, because simultaneously receive external macro economic influence remains the influence of such traditional system, which in financial management enterprise large problems exist. Therefore, the enterprise should attach importance to the financial management, drain cash financial management experience, strengthen financial management work, make enterprise financial management roles into full play. Financial management is an important part of enterprise management, financial management directly related to the survival and development of enterprises. In this enterprise financial management, the existing problems were discussed, and proposes measures of enterprise financial management, aims to improve enterprise financial management of the status quo, to promote the healthy development of the reform and onto the road.
