风景名胜区范围界定探讨
—以四川贡嘎山风景区为例

确定风景区范围是风景区开发和保护的
基础,是风景区规划的重要内容,一个科学合理的范围往往能使风景区旅游发展与环境保护得以完美结合。然而,在实际工作过程中,风景区范围的界定却容易为人们所忽略, 这不仅在一定程度上给规划设计者和管理者带来工作难度,而且也常常形成风景资源开发与生态环境保护的冲突,最终不利于风景区的健康发展。由于人均资源渐趋紧缺和资源利用的多重性规律,以及它所涉及的责权利关系调控等因素的作用,风景区范围的科学合理界定时常成为难题[1] 。

[ 摘要] 确定风景区范围是风景区开发和保护
的基础,它包括新建风景区范围的确定和原有风景区范围的重新界定。新的贡嘎山风景区范围由贡嘎山主景片和木格措、伍须海、瓦灰山
3 个外围景片组成,景片与景片间为外围保护区,这样界定更有利于促进当地资源的有效保护和合理利用。

[Abstract] Presently,th ere has been no clear stipu-
