分度盘双面组合钻床设计
摘要
应用组合机床加工大批量零件,快捷高效,生产效率高是机械加工的发展方向。本次设计任务是:分度盘钻孔组合钻床及主轴箱设计。设计过程主要阐述了组合钻床的工作原理,设计过程,与通用机床和普通专用机床相比的优越性,并对其主轴箱进行设计和计算。本课题设计的基本任务是完成机械部分的设计,主要有机床联系尺寸图、主轴箱装配图,主轴箱补充加工示意图以及重要零件的绘制。
在设计过程中根据实际情况取得相关数据,参考有关资料,吸取前人的设计经验,并根据客观实际和掌握的现有知识进行改进。
主轴箱是组合机床的主要部件之一,按专业要求进行设计,由通用部件组成。其主要作用是:根据被加工零件的加工要求安排各主轴位置,并将动力与运动由电机或动力部件传给各工作主轴,使之得到要求的转速和转向。

Spindle box is one of the major parts bination machine tools, according to the professional requirements for design, by general parts. Its main effect is: according to the requirements of the processing of processed spares the spindle position, and arrange the power and movement by motor or ponents to the working spindle, to get the speed and steering required.
